USAGE:
Free use to all Troy residents; children issued cards when in first grade; $20 annual fee for non-residents.

COLLECTION:
Approximately 19,000, 35 titles of periodicals, 200 audiocassettes and cds, 250 videocassettes, and 100 DVDs.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Book sales in May and October; children's story hours and reading programs.
